NoBS Fasting Privacy Policy

यह Privacy Policy supported mobile platforms के लिए NoBS Apps द्वारा developed और published NoBS Fasting mobile application की data privacy practices को govern करती है।

1. Data Collection और Transmission Statement

NoBS Fasting strict Zero-Telemetry, local-first architecture पर operate करता है। Application किसी भी personal, sensitive या device-identifiable information को external cloud servers, databases या third parties तक collect, capture, monitor, intercept या transmit नहीं करता।

हम third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tracking modules, account systems, cloud sync या identity management tools का उपयोग नहीं करते। Active timer, history, settings, reminders, gamification या phase explanations के लिए कोई network request जरूरी नहीं है।

2. Local Storage Sandbox

Active fast state, completed sessions, streak freezes, star balance, streak bonus markers, language, theme, notification settings, milestone display settings, gamification settings और processed support-purchase tokens आपके device पर app के private local storage area में ही stored रहते हैं, platform की standard persistence technology का उपयोग करके। आपका data हर समय आपकी personal custody और control में रहता है।

3. Device Permissions Usage

• Local System Alarms / Notifications: जहां supported और user द्वारा enabled हो, app local system notification APIs का उपयोग सिर्फ active fast के दौरान 4h, 12h, 18h, 24h, 30h, 36h और 48h milestone alerts, और आपके recent local start times पर based daily start reminders के लिए करता है। Notifications off करने पर scheduled milestone alerts और smart reminders cancel हो जाते हैं। इन notifications में कोई tracking analytics embedded नहीं है।

4. Optional Store Support Purchases

कुछ platform builds symbolic support के रूप में optional native store purchases offer कर सकते हैं। ये purchases features या content unlock नहीं करते। जब platform store completed purchase report करता है, app duplicate thank-you star grants रोकने के लिए processed purchase token locally record कर सकता है।

5. Children's Privacy

क्योंकि NoBS Fasting किसी भी user device से कोई digital information collect, capture या transmit नहीं करता, इसे children's personal information collect करने से बचने के लिए design किया गया है।
